Description

The Sisters Track begins from a turnoff on Prospect Hill Track – it’s a big hill climb up Prospect Hill Track to get to the turn off to The Sisters Track.

The Sisters Track will take you through herb fields and tussock. The track meanders slowly around a hill and involves multiple stream crossings. At the end of the track it connects up with the Kopuwai Track to Sisters Track at a junction.

Mountain biking

A good mountain biking option is up Prospect Hill Track onto the Sister Track and back the same way.

Getting there

The Sisters Track can be started from two different points:

  • Turnoff to The Sisters Track on the Prospect Hill Track, or

  • From the junction with The Sisters Track from Kopuwai Track to The Sisters Track.

Know before you go
