Additional source notes
At just over 60kg (including mattress and ladder), the Aero Gen 2 has been designed with smaller 4WDs and even some cars in mind — or simply for those wanting to reduce roof weight without giving up performance.；✅ Premium South African Woven Canvas (300gsm)；Both upper and lower shells are insulated with 12mm closed-cell foam. The base shell is also carpeted — a big step up from typical roof tents that use anti-condensation mats to mask poor insulation.；50mm mattress sits over a foam insulated and carpeted floor.
